​Brampton house completed this week, we had a brief hiatus during the pandemic. But the whole project was finished 2 weeks behind schedule and on budget.

The owners have opted for new washroom with shower and toilet with newbacksplash. Engineered hardwood flooring through out the entire first floor including the kitchen area.

In the kitchen, spray painted kitchen cabinet in beige color. Quartz countertop and new kitchen appliances. 

A bungalow in Mississauga has been completed this week. With the rising costs for lumber and most rough-in materials, the owners of the property have made some adjustments in renovating the older property.

Engineered hardwood floor through out the first floor and kitchen area. The guest bathroom has electrical floor heating installed underneath the tiles.

Spray painted hardwood cabinet and quartz countertop in the kitchen area, with custom made feature wall and fireplace mantle.

We have also made structural changes with new loading lvl beams and new roof truss installed around the entrance landing area.

We have also built a custom fireplace and feature wall to accommodate the new living room.

New basement project finished in Newmarket, its a 1200 sqft basement with 2 bathrooms, kitchenette and a custom home theater.

The home theater has 2 sets of LED cove lights on the ceiling and projector wall. The floor has been elevator for adjusted height of the seats. Finally the owners also requested to install electrical floor heating in the home theater room, so they can stay in the basement for movies for an extended period of time.

By the end of August 2019, we have completed another condo renovation project in Thornhill for one of our client.

The owner has opted for engineered hardwood flooring, 4 piece bathroom with standing shower, free-standing bathtub.

A small den was removed to provide more space and better lighting for the living room area.

We have recently completed a whole house renovation for our client Jennifer in North York.

The last time Jennifer had a chance to renovation her property was 15 years ago, so Jen and her husband had reached to us to create a makeover plan for their aging interior design.

We have suggested to have their kitchen, bathrooms and first floor living rooms completely refinished since it would've saved more money and time to renovation everything at the same time. Rather than breaking down all the jobs in separate project.

In the end, Jennifer and her husband have chosen spray painted kitchen cabinets with quartz countertop. Engineered maple hardwood floor, free standing bathtubs in the master en-suite and a standing shower.
