Finishing basement renovation for our client Mohammad in Brampton

Our dear client Mohammad was referred to us by his co-work after visited one of our job sites around his neighborhood. 

Our client wanted us to finish his basement and build a separate entrance to on the side of the house. We have obtained the building permit on the client's behalf and finished renovation project in 5 weeks including the time of city inspections. 

Mohammad's basement is a 800Sqft basement with a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. We have advised the client to install vinyl floor with sub-flooring to keep the longevity of the basement floor. 

The bathroom has a walk-in show with a alcove bathtub, 60" custom made MDF vanity with black quartz countertop.
