Affordable basement renovation for our Scarborough client

New basement renovation project successfully completed for one of our client in Scarborough, 800 sqft basement to a bathroom and living room. This project took us roughly 4 weeks to finish, but it would have been faster if Home depot had the materials we need. 

We inintally quoted the client around $20k to finish the basement, with laminet flooring and basic bathroom hardwares. But the client has decided to upgrade the hardwood flooring and different bathroom titles. So the whole renovation project costed around $22k.
