One of our client - Cherry recent found us on google, she has contacted us through Facebook and requested us to renovate her bathroom with very specific requirements.

Essentially she needs a custom made glass shower door with no frames, 52" double under-mount sinks and vanity with framed mirrors to match and the work must be done in 1 week.

So since we were short on time, we have invited her to our showroom and visited our suppliers for bathroom hardware. Our interior designer has provided her with 3D effect drawings to show the final look and proceeded with the renovation.

The floor tiles are mono-white with new Essco one piece toilet. We also made new plumbing work to accommodate the 3 piece shower faucet installed in her shower. Last week we have finished her bathroom renovation and the job was completed at $8000 with all new materials and labour.

Last month we have helped our client Anik in Oakville to successfully remodeled his old basement into a dream home for his family. The property was a 70 year old bungalow, after meetings with our interior designer and engineer, Anik has decided to replace all the windows in the basement for better lighting. A new separate entrance has been added as well.

This week we have finished the living room and basement renovation project for our client Gabe in Markham.

Gabe initially found us online, he have contacted us for a renovation work in his house to remodel his living room and basement. The property was a 2300Sqft single home with 3 bathrooms and finished basement. 

Gabe didn't like the previous owner's out dated interior style in the living room and basement. We have consulted with our interior designer and engineer to create a new layout for this living room and basement. We have assisted Gabe with the building permit and architectural drawings at the city of Markham, the entire application of the building permit took around $1000 and 3 weeks for approval. 

In the living room, a partition wall was demolished to create a more open concept living room style. The floor has been ripped out and replaced with maple hardwood floor. 

The basement has been completed overhauled with new drywalls, ceilings and flooring. New pot lights, laminate flooring and sub-flooring have been installed in the basement as well. 

One of our client had recently referred us to her colleagues at work for their bathroom renovation projects. We started the projects by visiting the client's home to do measurements and gave our quote for both jobs. We have also offered our clients to visit our job sites to see our quality of work in person. With summer approaching fast, both clients want us to the finish the renovation projects as soon as possible to avoid disruptions for their summer plans.

Both properties were located Mississauga in the GTA, with full bathroom renovations with standard bathroom hardware. This week we have finished the full house renovation for our client in Scarborough. The property was a 30 year old bungalow. After consulting and designing the new kitchen area, we have decided to demolish the interior wall between the kitchen and living room to create an more modern open concept kitchen. 

New MDF kitchen cabinets, quartz counter-tops and island were installed. 10 additional pot lights have been placed in the kitchen as well to provide sufficient lighting for the family. 

Our client has also opted in to install sub-flooring for the maple cherry hardwood floor to protect the new flooring from future unexpected damages. The hardwood has replaced the old tiles in the kitchen and laminate flooring in the living room.

We have refreshed our client's 3 bedrooms with new paintings and ceiling, hardwood floor has been extended to the bedrooms as well. 

Lastly, as a courtesy of our company we have refreshed our client's bathroom with new toilet and and tiles. 

One of our client Anton from Vaughan has contacted us to help him for a kitchen upgrade job. We started the project by demolition of the old MDF kichen cabinets and counter-tops, old sink, floor tiles and faucets. The process took roughly 1 week to finish and our installers came in a week later to put in the new white hardwood kitchen cabinets and quartz counter-tops. Anton has also opted for a laminet flooring for the kitchen instead of the convertional tiles. The entire kitchen upgrade we have quoted for Anton is only $31k, which is a very competitive pricing in 2018 considering the hardwood cabinets and quartz counter-tops.

New basement renovation project successfully completed for one of our client in Scarborough, 800 sqft basement to a bathroom and living room. This project took us roughly 4 weeks to finish, but it would have been faster if Home depot had the materials we need.
